4 butts took 10 hrs....this pic is before the 2+hr wrap/rest in the cooler.  Used the Harry Soo recipe.....taste was fantastic.  20 Adults and 20 children and teens here yesterday....all went well.

I cheated a little. I used the smokenator to protect from radiant heat.
