Tandoori leg of lamb on my roti...

Rub leg of lamb with olive oil
2 heaped table spoons of dry Tandoori mix
4 heaped table spoons of yogurt
1 level teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of fenugreek powder
Blend in well and marinade the leg of lamb
Minimum time approximately 2 hours for marinading.
Longer the better
Cooking time approximately 2 hours or when internal temperature
Reaches 140 degrees. Leave to rest 20 minutes.

Looks good but I thought Tandoori was Tandoori because it's cooked at insane temps. I wonder if one of those ceramic grills might be the ticket for that.
