Hosted a party Saturday @ our house, was supplying Ribs and Burgers!! 14 racks and 24 burgers spread over 7 kettles!!! Ribs were rubbed with 12 finger rub from Ryan Lindquist @ SNS and spritzed every half hour with some Candy Apple Shine!!! Ran the snake on all except the two running burgers.No temp prob, top vent wide open, bottom vent almost closed and ran for 6 hrs!! Was a hit with everyone!!
