Cooked some Italian sweet sausage.

I love Italian sausage.  The hot variety is my go-to.  What brand is that?

I love Italian sausages on the grill. There is a company here in MA called Bianco and Sons that I particularly like. They make a broccoli rabe, cheese, and garlic sausage that is amazing. I am able to pick them up at the grocery store but I think they ship as well.

I've been fortunate enough to learn how to make my own.  My dad and grandfather both made their own sausage.  We always had sausage in our marinara growing up.   I have my grandfathers Enterprise grinder that he probably bought in the 50s.

Homemade sausage with fresh ingredients is incredibly better than grocery store brands.

I really should try someday, I do have the meat grinder attachment to the kitchen aid stand mixer. Is there a meat ratio you like using?

I have a recipe for five pound batches for sweet and hot.  I think I got it from a book at the library:).

Love me some sweet Italian sausage.
Wish I had the know-how to make my own.
