All anecdotal opinions.... my $0.02. I’ve seen threads in the past where vintage lids and bowls were weighed and there’s little difference. It “feels” like vintage lids feel heavier. I do think wooden handles have better form and function (heat insulation). The newer plated legs are inferior to the old aluminum. The basic wheels are still the same....Bottom line: I’ve cooked on both a lot, and there’s little performance difference. A three wheeler might have a slight advantage at lns cools.
