Small get together with a few cousins. Now I really don’t want too much smack talk but... I’ve been to this restaurant in Chicago and I LOVE the burgers. The name is Owen & Engine (Chicago, ILL.). They make a burger that I dream about. This is the burger info is taken off my phone when I went the first time... ("Slagel Farm Burger"
made with
Chuck, Short Rib, and Brisket"
 they also put
"Caramelized Onion) on it.
$14.00 per burger and well worth it! This was a bit ago price may have changed but it really don’t. ITS REALLY GOOD! I do put some seasoning on it and double the patties.

Now I find a burger that is really good with same cuts. Need to try it right? So we did and I’m in! Making it again for today.

Went to a friends house, so I supplied starters and dessert.

Abt’s and wings
And a pineapple upside down cake in cast iron on the 18.

I grind my own burgers usually, and that is the exact blend everyone likes best - brisket, short rib and chuck.  Sometimes I add in hunter slab bacon to the grind for a crazy bacon burger.  Enjoy those!
