I’ve got a 22.5” Weber Premium and a Smokey Joe. I’ve been using a Slow n Sear for about a year and love smoking with it. I used the snake method prior to that, but didn’t like chasing the fire around the grill with the food. I’ve been considering a Smokey Mountain, but since the military won’t ship used grills from here when I leave, I’m going to wait. Plus, the results I get with the Slow n Sear are hard to argue with.
