Update on burger plate
« on: June 10, 2019, 01:14:54 PM »
So with 2 full chimneys and a 45 minutes to heat the plate I was flipping burgers. This plate did not disappoint. With 16 burgers done and a tomahawk steak it was time to shut her down. I was wondering how long the 8mm thick steel would hold its heat & wow it was better than I expected. Amazingly 4 hrs later you could still fry onion.
