Recently here, or maybe BBQ Brethren, there was discussion of the portability of kettles. Or maybe it was a dream... I mentioned this box, which makes it easy and is a space saver:

Dammit, i wasn't done. :)

Tally: 2 charcoal grates, 1 food grate, 1 slide-aside, 1 stainless cook plate, 1 accessory hanger, with room for tongs, spatula, basting brush, etc, if needed.

I have a Weber Q 1200 and a Jumbo Joe that for traveling/camper use. I got the griddle replacement for the Q and I can use Jumbo Joe as a grill and a fire pit.
