We’ve been in the middle of rehabbing a new house while trying to update the old house since the beginning of the year and my grilling time has been nothing. However, I was actually able to blow off an evening of packing and moving to fire up a grill! I had a nice ribeye in the freezer as well as some mustard greens and a smoked ham hock. Magic occurred thanks to the ol’ 26er and I made up for some lost time.
