I thought this chuck was going to take longer, but it's cruising to hit 190 in the next twenty minutes or so. I also have no cooler and we won't be eating dinner until 7ish. Can I just pull it off, wrap it in foil and towel, then throw it in the oven at 200 or warm?

I plan on picking up a cooler before my next big cook.

I would think if you wrap it as described, you should be okay in a cool oven.  Mine will go as low as 170º, which should keep you out of the danger zone.

Cover it in foil...Cover that with a towel...Place it in the microwave and close the door...(don't start the microwave)...It'll stay hot for hours...

That makes sense, too.  Good idea @SMOKE FREAK.

Wrap in foil
wrap in towel
place in empty liquor box and stuff crumpled newspaper
around it to fill the empty space.
Works surprisingly well.

Plus side is; If it leaks you wash the towel and throw the rest away.
