1999 Black Master Touch Help
« on: March 04, 2019, 12:21:58 PM »
I just scored a 1999 (EE) Black Master Touch locally and I have a couple of questions.  This is my oldest Weber to date.  Condition is excellent with only one ding on the lid edge, but it is missing a front leg cap.  Also, the rollers are slightly melted and I would like to replace them.

What color was the original front leg cap in 1999 (white or black? , and is there anywhere I can get one and also the grey rollers that I need for the lid holder?

The original was probably white.  Ace hardware has black or white plastic furniture tips that fit well on front legs.  Pack of four is about $3.  https://www.acehardware.com/departments/home-and-decor/indoor-furniture/protective-furniture-pads/56920

The lid rollers would be grey.   Some members may have spares.  @lowbrass recenty hooked me up with some.
