I Injected the ham with smoked apple bacon fat, apple juice, and pineapple juice. On top is the the last of my maple brown sugar from @CatskillSmoker.

Cooked the ham offset with one full chimney cheap charcoal and applewood from a tree my neighbor cut down. The temp on grill was 200-250 while it was smoking first 2 hours. Then bumped to 325-350. Sprayed ham every time I checked the ham with apple juice/pineapple juice mix. When the ham was at 115 I put the juice on and added the  Maple brown sugar and at 140ish took it off and tented for 30 min or so.

As far as time on the grill this was a 6 cocktail job about 4.5 hours.

And thanks for the sticker! It's cool!

Perfect, a 6 cocktail cook is right in my wheelhouse, oh, and the recipe doesn't hurt either. your welcome for the sticker. A Vodka and pineapple juice cocktail sounds good so both the ham and the cook are injected close to the same don't you think?

Can't hurt unless to get confused and inject the syringe into you. Lol 😂
