Curb Find Today

Found this little smokey joe on the curb today.  It doesn't have any markings on it, is there something im missing, is there anyway to determine its age.  Also, should it have a charcoal grate.

Thanks guys! I ordered a charcoal grate and unstuck the daisy wheels, I think someone was using it as a psuedo-firepit.
