I tried the roto ribs once but at a much lower temp...Outstanding...

But I still love the long 5 hour rib cook on my stick burner...
Some times I'm just not in a hurry...
You will need the high temperature to seal in the moisture to have a moist and tender interior.

I like this! 30 minutes and done!!!
Takes as long to get up to temperature as the actual cook itself.  Great during a cold nasty weather. Just enough time for couple beer or so. Best if eaten within 30 minutes  also.

Looks great.  Sounds like the meat gets tender enough even with the short cook...so that's cool.

Thirty minute ribs, and without using Tenda Rub, gotta give that a try.  Thanks for sharing @Jules V. ! ! !

I'm with you on the low and slow. No hurry, no worry. I've been BBQing ribs for years, and never had a need to rush it. Hey, what ever floats yer boat... go for it!  8)
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Totally different method for a totally different intended result. Cooking ribs on a kettle is not limited to low & slow smoking.
