Cooking baby back ribs today 3 racks on a 22. Snake method with water pan. If I cook at 260 how long and when to wrap and for how long? Outside temp is in the 30's today. Will that affect anything? Thanks

Wrap when they have the color you want. At that temp, I’m guessing 3-4 hours total cook time.

It usually takes 2-2.5 hours to get good color. About 2 hours wrapped to get tender.
