Cleaned up super nice, looks like you drilled out the daisy wheels rivets I like that too. What is going to be your first cook on it?

Yes, I drilled out the daisy wheel rivets so I could get it clean and straighten one of the wheels. Replaced the rivets with stainless screws, washers & nuts.
I have some New York Strips marinating for tomorrow![emoji16]

Nice choice, the wife and I love the NY Strip Steaks. I've been debating on drilling the rivets out of all my grills daisy wheels. It would make cleaning easier. Oh and get some pics of then Strips cooking on there man🥩🥩

One of the daisy wheels was so gunked up that it wouldn’t even turn. I really wanted everything clean and working so I had no choice. The screws just finger tight work great.
