Slab of Babybacks on the Summit.  Battling the wind, settled in at 240-250F.

Coming along nicely.  Proud of the Summit, holding at 235F with no adjustments with a lot of wind.  No controller, bottom vent fully closed, top at about 1/4.  Intake air coming in through the gas assist tube only.

We really like chicken cordon bleu style with a sauce of mustard and mayo..... good stuff, need to do it again soon!

Wings on the jumbo Joe.  Dusted with killer hogs and light bisquick dredge.  Hickory for smoke.  Sauce was Louisiana hot sauce with butter.
