Thanks all.  It took some scrubbing but I managed to remove all the caked up gunk inside the bowl/lid.  Some follow-up pics will be provided soon.  Oh, and Jeff, Im not planning on starting a new SJ collection....well maybe a new offset handle SJ collection...
