I've got a newer genesis sliver b similar body style but plastic tables and no side burner. They make a fine gas grill, that gets the job done. I prefer my kettles but a gasser has its place. Just used it to season my Cast iron pans the other day so I could cook with it on my kettle. My wife gets tired of the smoke taste pretty easily so I gave to lay off every now and then. I'm on day 9 of cooking on the kettle she's getting there now lol.
