Usual rubs on the rib roast and honey, brown sugar and whiskey pineapple. Got it going about 20 min. ago. Wondering how long it would take.  I am thinking about 1 to 1.5hrs.

Will be back after it is done. Maybe after dinner.  :D

Took about 1.5hrs @ 140 internal temp. Turned out excellent.

Ribeye Cap. The best part of the Ribeye.

I took some time off to relax and do other things around the house but ended up spending most of my time working on my kettle projects this week spending lots of time here. Back to my busy work schedule next week and possibly won't be posting much.  Cheers!

NP! That Cap and the pineapple was really good. Give it a go. Can't go wrong with Rotisserie cooks.  I think I will give some pork belly on the rotisserie next.

Thanks! Over cooked the bananas. Still great dessert topping ice cream with some maple syrup on it. Next time, peel and soak them in honey, brown sugar, and rum mixture before cooking.
