Love the lamb chop vid.  Just subscribed to your youtube channel.  Looking forward to what you share in the future.  I'm in my first year with a Weber kettle (22" master touch) and after doing burgers, steaks, brats, chicken all summer I'm starting to venture out into trying some new stuff.  Lamb chops are on the list!  Thanks again!
