Spinning turkey breast

Hey all.  @Cellar2ful's roti turkey looked so good last week that I wanted to try a half breast while at the cabin this past weekend.  The WW was next in the rotation.  I also picked my first ripe tomato from the deck planter.  The rest are on their way.  A bunch will turn into canned salsa.  The turkey was great!  I'm still enjoying sandwiches.  Should hold me until Thanksgiving.
