Simple pork crostini
« on: September 09, 2018, 04:27:57 PM »
I made a simple version from leftover pulled pork. I warmed the pork up. Sliced French bread and brushed both sides with olive oil and garlic salt. I laid the slices out on a pan and cooked at 450 in the oven for 5-10 minutes. I topped with pork, homemade mustard bbq sauce and Colby jack cheese and put back in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes. I forgot to take a picture and these were sitting around for quite awhile so use your imagination. They are a very quick and simple game day appetizer if you have pulled pork on hand. You could here everyone bite into them they were so crunchy.
