So at work, I may be on the best team ever right now. We had our annual offsite meeting today at my Scrum Master's property. He has a $1200 4ft wide fire pit that we put 60 pounds of Western lump in and roasted some fresh corn directly on the coals.

I was asked to bring my grills and cook some chicken and veggies. I happily obliged. I did some drummies and thighs, cabbage, broccoli, onions and shrooms, and some cherry tomatoes.

Everything went well. The only downside was that I had to cover the food in foil for a bit, so it got a lil moist instead of fresh and crisp right off the grill. Also, the Western lump musta gotten wet because it didn't get too hot.

All in all, I'd do it again in a jiffy.

If you ran out of veggies you could just step over the fence and pull some fresh ones out of the field next door
