So I made a video trying to explain how to do dry rubbed ribs on a weber kettle. This was done for a couple of Oregonian friends of mine that want to try offset smoking, and they do have kettles (one has a Smokey Joe, the other has a OT 22.5). I figured I would share this here...

Thanks, did you add any coals after 2 or 3 hours or just let it go as It was?

One full chimney of coals to get it going, and 4 lumbs of pecan wood was all it took for me.  I used Kingsford Blue Bag for this cook. I usually use Kingsford (Or HEB) Pecan or Mesquite charcoal but I wanted to not have to reload and didn't need it that smoky...
