I was an outspoken critic of the sns vs snake video but I really commend them on this video.

Great comparison between two cooking devices / methods. Nice work!  I’m not insinuating my approval is important or needed, but just that I like this showdown.

The method of cooking a steak on the egg  by closing the damper  with all the oil drippings on a raging charcoal will always produce a nasty, thick, dirty smoke.
