Well I put it into the rotation today. After using it for doing 2 birds on the rotisserie I think it will be my dedicated roti grill. One hell of a color change. RRR Did ribs on the EE MT. First time cooks on both









Chicken, Ribs, Collards. Potato Salad and Cornbread made by my other half.
