Great thread. That griddle would be really handy. You can’t beat the flavor of pulled pork on the griddle.

That was so much fun.. I did it again today [emoji6]
This time I tried pancakes with some bacon. My wife who loves my pancakes out of my Lodge CI on the stove says that these are even better. They had a little bit of krispyness on the edge.
No it’s not a mix.. I put the batter together from scratch !
