Curious if the salt migrates to the food much. Does this eliminate the need to salt the raw meat? How do you clean these things? Love me some scallops, so, like @JEBIV  this is a short-lister. I see blocks on clearance all the time at places like TJ Maxx / HJome Goods. Time to pull the trigger.
