Ribs on the kettle.

Baby backs with a jalapeno mustard and mayo base and a sweet, spicy, and smokey dry rub. Spritzed with apple cider vinegar and some dry rub half way through the three hour smoke. Served up with store bought potato salad and some sauteed kale and bacon.
