Hi everyone!
In addition to kettles I also love old Weber gassers. There is a guy in Monroe, Wisconsin who has a VERY first generation Weber Genesis for sale. I have tried repeatedly to get him to consider breaking it down and shipping to me, but I guess even for some extra $ it is not worth his while. He has replied once or twice but then drops off communication. I have a dream of owning one of these with the wide wood slats, black knobs, steel gas guage, old wheels, etc.
Would anyone be close enough to consider getting this for me? I work for a non-profit, so I don't have a huge budget for this, but I will be happy to cover your gas and of course all the shipping. If anyone can help, please let me know.
