BBQ Ribs in Italy

This is a new receipt using grounded coffee on top of the ribs, cooking for 4 hours (not enough may be 5 could be better) and using the Louisiana BBQ sauce.
One hour smoking, two with apple juicy and an other hour cooking it at indirect.
