So we just up and did a medium turkey, just because. Stuffed an onion, two limes, and some butter in the cavity. Some butter under the skin. Added some apple juice about 1/2 way through...turned out quit nice. Little hickory chips to start out with. Looks pretty dark but under that skin was succulent. Dipped in the juice. Used mcormic chicken and poultry seasoning.
