Lasagne on the Ranch

I've been wanting to take a crack at homemade lasagne after having a horrible plate of "classic lasagne" at Boston Pizza and do it on the barbecue.    This plan has been in the works for some time and the original plan was to make one in the performer but the Ranch came along so I figured I'd use it and take the opportunity to make two.
