I'm going to have to give the grill a heck of a cleanup but heck, I'm on vacation, and I can't wait to fire this big guy up.

Here are some more pictures. There was a correspondingly large Ranch sized scale-appropriate charcoal mess inside I needed to clean up. I took a beat up brush to the grates and got them cleaned up too.

There's a little bit of hairline crazing on one section of the bowl at the perimeter of the charcoal grate but pretty minor. This barbecue definitely has some use on it for sure but it'll be a good workhorse.

I swear the ash catcher bowl is as big, if not bigger, than the water pan in my WSM!

Also off the scale are the two grates. They're heavy!  I actually removed them first one by one and put them aside along with the ash catcher bowl to get the weight of the grill down enough that I was able to lift it out of the car on my own. The lid was on the bench seat because the whole thing didn't fit vertically with the lid on.
