Hi everyone!

Been an occasional reader of this forum for grilling ideas and decided it was finally time to register now that I own a 3 year old Master Touch. :D

Thank you guys!

Here's some grilling action of the first fire up of the season (Victoria Day/ May 2-4 Long Weekend here aka unofficial start of summer). Sorry if they make you hungry and I also apologize for the bare bone in one of the shots  ;D

Sticks and thighs

Korean Kalbi Short Ribs

Ribs and pineapple

Ta-da!

Addendum: 1) There's two charcoal grates to prevent the smaller pieces of lump charcoal from falling through to the base. 2) I have a Slow n' Sear Drip pan. I don't know why I didn't purchase one when I first bought the Kettle but it makes such a huge difference in clean up!

Great set-up, and it looks like you know your way around a kettle already.
Love your handle, Hogtown … I figured you were from T.O.

No need to apologize.  Don't wanna sound too Canadian, eh?!  ;D ;)

Normally I would cook them directly on a bed of low temperature coals but I didn't have that option this time around. So instead I gave them all a quick few second sear on direct coals then cooked them for about 6-7 minutes indirectly. Finally when they are about ready I gave them a another round of direct cooking to give it some grill marks and toast. Hope that helps.
