So this big oak tree fell at work and the boys cut some of it up for me to use on the smoker. So to repay them I’m smoking country ribs for them..

I wouldn't cook for less than all of it..
That's really nice of them.

 hope the wood isn't green. Wood should be seasoned for 6 months first.
