Bacon and mushroom stuffing, spread thinly over a butterflied pork loin, rolled and trussed.  Called into action an 18" black MBH,  HC IAP, SS SnS basket, Craycorts, Weber briqs, and apple chunks.

I just put them on the indirect side for about 45 minutes.
