OK. Google whole roasted carrots, and also sauteed mushrooms with onion. Thats what they looked like. As for the salad, it was some green stuff with onions, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

Actually the carrots were delicious. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. I got them at costco, they are about 6-7" long, peeled with a bit of the top left on. I just drizzled them with some olive oil and some salt and pepper and roasted in the oven at 400 for about 25 mins.

As for the mushrooms, they were cremini mushrooms sliced and sauteed in some olive oil with red onion slivers. A bit of salt and pepper as well.

Because I had the Prime steak, I didn't want anything to really overpower the beef. I just wanted the natural flavours to come through.
