Hey all, my first post in about a year and a half. I relocated from Pittsburgh back to North Carolina and am still in an apartment where I can't grill so the bulk of the toys are still in storage, but I do have the WSM at a buddy's house and fired it up last weekend. So the menu included pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar corn bread, collard greens, cole slaw, corn salad and deviled eggs. Washed down with wine in red solo cups, classy! I did everything from scratch and it was a busy Friday/Saturday, but all turned out delicious. Sorry for no pics during the cook.
