First attempt at hot and fast ribs

Based on all the high praises of hot and fast I must have done something wrong. I need to try again, or @HoosierKettle @Darko @Harleysmoker you all need to invite me over so I can try your ribs

Hot and fast ribs...I know it can be done because I have done it...I prefer low and slow...Why be in a hurry...

Simply because I can have ribs anytime without too much waiting. Since I learned about hot and fast, I haven't done low & slow ribs. IMO there just wasn't enough difference to make it worthwhile.

Yes and no...Call me an oddball...I like cooking things that take a long time as much as I love eating them...

I cook em when I have the time to enjoy...But that's just me...

Great looking ribs. they look awesome. Some guys on here talked me into trying hot and fast and I haven't done low and slow since. I get the same quality ribs as low and slow, maybe a bit better IMO. Ribs are my favorite
