Is this awesome thing a grill? Or a cauldron? Just imagine open roasting a whole hog on there? Maybe several racks of baby backs? I definitely want this, and to use it as a bonfire pit occasionally as well!

I need $500 now. Taking donations...... Each donation will receive an invitation to a giant, inaugural cookout.

Never have I seen a rig like that. Looks like a real fuel burner...
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Sure does look setup for a Cajun Microwave/Caja China. I like the handles on each end, as if to be "portable."
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I usually just buy the huli-huli sauce.  I like this one.
https://www.walmart.com/ip/HI-HULI-HULI-SAUCE/55504280

That's the same one that everyone living in Hawaii uses.  It's just easy and good.

If making my own, I follow a recipe I found on Food Networks site.

Huli Huli Sauce:

    1 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground ginger

Dry Rub:

    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon paprika
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    Freshly cracked black pepper
    1 lemon, juiced
