I found this poor redhead behind a shed.  Wondering if anyone has some anything with rusted out and missing leg sockets like these?

I was also considering turning it into a faux Sequoia, just for my own enjoyment.

I like the idea of a Faux Sequoia, or something along those lines. Covering all of those holes in the bowl should be a tough job though I think.

Looks like there is enough metal there to bolt on some leg sockets from a donor kettle using fender washers.  Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the replies.  I may start looking for a socket donor.

Are there any plumbing or electrical conduit parts that could work as 1" sockets? I'm drawing a blank on how they'd be bolted to the kettle. Curved straps?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I will probably end up making some.  I'm a machinist, so it shouldn't be hard, just trying to find the time at work for a "government job".  However I may use it as an excuse to go old grill hunting!

@smokestain, if u change your mind about making a sequoia replica, I should eventually have some donor leg  sockets.
