SnS chicken wings
« on: April 01, 2018, 04:05:48 PM »
Did some wings with the SnS & DnG. They turned out grate. Cooked at 375 for about 50 mins. Started on 350, decided to go higher about 10 mins into cook. Sauced then with a little garlic buffalo sauce and put back on for 3 mins to tighten sauce. They were a hit.

@firemunkee.  Yes I seared about 4 mins total. Cook time came out to about 1h15m.  I was very pleased with the crispness. They were 2 different rubs.  One was my favorite bbq rub, the other was seasoned salt/black pepper. The salt/pepper wings seemed to be crispier. The sauce on both was same.

Great looking wings and makes the mouth water. I do wings quite a bit for the grandkids and use the who wing by tucking the first joint under the third joint and found that it is a lot less work turning each piece when you have three joints at the same time. But can't argue with the delicious wings on your grill.

More and more I cook with the Adrenaline products the more I’m impressed.  I need to try out the Vortex.

Wings look grate! Don't have the SnS... yet. Just the Vortex. The V puts out some mighty fine wings! Gotta try this contraption!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

The wings look great. I love the SnS. I don't have a bought one, I made my own. I probably do 90% of my cooking with it.
