They will be Ottawa in a couple days, is it morally wrong to ask them to buy me a grill and throw it in the car?
Bbqing.com's store is there and I was thinking a white or smoke (what does smoke look like in person?.. now.maube slate, is it blueish?) . but is it wrong to ask them to travel back home with  grill box in their car? They aren't my closest friends, we kind of drifted a part a bit but we still keep in touch. Thoughts?

An Ivory, or Smoke, are worth testing a friendship.  They grab it & maybe you guys develop a better relationship.  They don't & you find out they're not real friends anyway.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Lowbrass

I would definitely ask.  The worst he can say is no.  At best you have a new kick ass grill.  I have seen ivory in person and it is awesome.  I've never seen a smoke in person but from hearing others who have, it is unbelievable!

That and offer to grill him up a nice steak on it's maiden cook.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

PotsieWeber

There really is little harm in asking.

While you are at it, please kindly ask him to pick up a second one for me.  I'd prefer smoke over white.  Thank you, in advance, for your kind assistance in procuring this item.    :-*

I live in Canada and my personal experience is that we help each other procure Webers on a regular basis. Char Broilers no Webers yes. Tell your buddy that.

you gotta ask.  some how you'll be able to help them in the future.
I only use kettles with lid bales.

And.... They said "no room in the car" which is a bummer.

I am not sure the timing of the trip or why but they are making a couple of stops in Canada.  One of them happen to be the Flyers vs Ottawa hockey game in Ottawa.  Apparently it was really nice there yesterday!
