Dinner on the limey
« on: February 13, 2018, 02:51:43 PM »
Nothing big. Just a weeknight cook, but it was nice out so we pulled out the lime to warm up. Also, first use of the table, Db3694 gifted me at the winter meetup.
Some kind of seasoned pork tenderloin and a couple garlic herb butter chicken breast. Asparagus for the sides. Proteins were seared then moved indirect till done. Cooker running about 425ish.
Of course, I forgot the plated pic.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Nice set up.  Looks great with that side table.

Does the lid fit well over that table bracket?

I love my lime, I can't wait for spring to bring her out and cook on it.

No it didn’t Sean. It’s just a round bar hanging over the lip so the lid just rested on top. Don’t know how that would effect low n slow cooks but I didn’t have any problems with straight forward grilling. The temps ran steady.
