I applaud the hard work, but why are you cleaning your charcoal grate?
Wanted: Burgundy 18"

Caked w grease from never being cleaned... and rust from not being used in like 3-4 years... btw, cooking grate looks the same...
But that's getting replaced by a hinged one...

Love this post; funny stuff.

Up here in ALaska I just wait for spring to wash the grills.   I never thought of throwing a grill in the tub and I'm the one that cleans the tub. Too much clean up!

Where do we send flowers for the funeral?

Sent from my LG-V410 using Weber Kettle Club mobile app

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

All good.... she's none the wiser...
And I mean that quite literally.... lol!!!

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

4Me, cleanup don't happen until spring, and the hose is turned back on... until then, it's a brush job.

This particular kettle hadn't been used in like 3-4 years... had to "disinfect "...

Had a few too many. Knocked over 3 LEGO sets. Found all the pieces and put back together, without instructions. Beat that.
Still need a 22" yellow
