Like I said before, if you've never cooked on one get it up to 600-700 and take some pics. Only think I didn't like about mine was how flat it looked. If it was glossy they would look much better.

It's funny, I was looking at it, and In a certain light it looked shiny and a brighter red. I.m really starting to like it!
