Cut up a eye round roast that I bought on sale.. some veggies and rice vinegar, teriyaki, soy, ginger and some 5 spice... flipped the vortex in my SSP. Family loved it!!!

Oh hell yes... Nicely done! Seems like the Vortex and a wok were meant for each other! I just happen to have both... 8)
